In game Rules

(1.1) - Follow all Discord rules. They also apply to the 48th's Official Arma 3 server.
(1.2) - No trolling, this involves disobeying orders and not playing the mission as intended.
(1.3) - Respect Higher ups, these are your NCO's and CO's.
(1.4) - Always follow High Command/Ground Commands orders. This includes your squad leaders and team leaders.
(1.5) - No client sided mods are allowed. Highly restricted mods are:
Personal Arsenal 
Infinite Backpack
Vehicle Spawners
Personal Teleporter 
Zeus Interface

(1.6) - Griefing is not allowed and can result in suspension or a ban. This unit is not the place for that.
(1.7) - No taking Vehicles you are not authorised for, like Tanks and APC's. Taking one will result in a warning, continuing will result in you being removed from the op.
(1.8) - Don't take an unrealistic amount of equipment or hog equipment from other players. Try keeping your equipment on a realistic level.
(1.9) - Don't act like you are a higher rank when you are not and assume authority over your SL/TL.
(2.0) - Do not release any personal information to people on the server such as your address, credentials, passwords ect. Admins will NOT ask you for these things. And if suspected and found doxing any member of the 48th, they will be permanently banned.

(2.1) - Minimum age is 16, ages below will not be allowed on the server unless they are vouched for by someone that is over the age of 16. It will then be that persons responsibility to make sure the underaged player follows the rules. They will be suspended or kicked from the server if they do not follow the rules.
(2.2) - No intentional TK (Team Killing) is allowed, if it was accidental please make sure to apologise and address that it was an accident. Doing intentional TK because it would be funny or for revenge does not give a valid reason to do so. Continuously team killing people, whether or not it was intentional or accidental, will get you removed from the op. This rule stands during the pre-operation phase and past-operation debrief.
(2.3) - No Meta Gaming (Communicating with other people that are against us when you are not supposed to). This includes using information from someone outside the game when they are dead or not anywhere near you in game. (This only applies in PVP Events)
(2.4) - Respect all players, we are a friendly community and disrespecting anyone because of their social life or personal beliefs is against the rules.

(2.5) - Refrain from discussing politics or playing terrorist music in the server.
(2.6) - Going rogue is not allowed and can result in being suspended/kicked/banned. Getting separated from your squad unintentional is fine, but intentionally ditching your squad and going solo is highly frowned upon.
(2.7) - Illegal discussions such as drug or explosives fabrication is not allowed and players caught discussing it will be permanently banned from the server without warning. We do not tolerate any illegal behaviour.

(2.8) - Do no harass/bully players for whatever reason. Treat them how you would want to be treated.

(2.9) - Do not Advertise products or sell contraband of any sort to players in the server. If caught you will be banned from the server. Media advertisements are only allowed in the discord server in Media-Self-Promotion. Dm advertising is also not allowed and also applies to this rule.
(3.0) - Owner/Admin's word is final, if you do not listen when admins tell you to stop. You will be timed out or removed from an op.

War crimes - 

War crimes are not rules, but we prefer you do not commit any of them in the server. 

Here are some examples:

- Willful Killing of innocent people. This includes killing POW's.
- Destruction or appropriation of civilian property without cause. Destroying a civilian building for no reason that doesn't benefit ground.
- Forcing a POW ( prisoner of War ) to engage in combat against a hostile power. Forcing someone to fight with you.
- Depriving a prisoner of war of a fair trial. (Killing a POW without a fair trial)
- Taking hostages.
- Directing attacks against Civilians. Ordering your squad/team mates to fire upon civilian population.
- Directing attacks against humanitarian workers. Ordering your squad/team mates to engage on humanitarian aid workers or paramedics.

- Killing surrendered combatants. Executing a surrendered soldier.
- Misusing a flag of truce (White flag).
- Forceful deportation of inhabitants of occupied territory.
E.g Forcing civilians at gun point to leave a place that has no enemy presence.
- Using chemical weapons. Gas grenades. Toxic Chemical weaponry.
- Using Civilians as shields. Purposefully hiding behind civilians for cover.

- Firing upon a Combat Medic/Medical Vehicle with clear insignia.
(4.3) - Murder, torture against Civilians.
