What do we look for in Admins?
Admins have to moderate our server Ingame and on our Discord, Admins have to be loyal & trust worthy and should have a good relationship with the owner (DooieHaai). Admins should be a example for players that join the unit and must ensure our server stays intact .
Requirements to join the team
- Good relationship with the Owner (DooieHaai)
- Must stand out and be confident
- Not be short tempered or easly get angry
- Long experience in the unit to gain trust
- 250+ Hours on Arma 3
- Must know the Rules so they can Enforce it
- Be able to solve a situation without making it worse.
- Act Formal and listen to players and not ignore them.
- Must stay Independant you are not allowed to choose sides.
- Must know the server rules in discord and in game.
